We courier New Zealand wide, therefore we need a physical street address and not a Post Office Box.

AUSTRALIA and WORLD-WIDE

We use New Zealand Post.  We use standard post which is supposed to take between 5 and 15 working days.

DUE TO COVID 19 this can presently take up to 8 weeks – although that length of time is unusual.

We cover our own insurance i.e. if your purchase goes AWOL we, Nelson Merino, will replace it free of any charges.  NZ Post will trace back the progress of your order. We do not pay for international courier post as this can add on up to $100 to your cost.

Tariffs and duties differ in every country and this is the responsibility of the purchaser.
