We courier New Zealand wide, therefore we need a physical street address and not a Post Office Box.

We use tracked post - we expect delivery of our products to you between 5-15 working days.

AUSTRALIA WIDE

Flat Rate: $13.50NZD per order

INTERNATIONAL (EXCLUDES AUS)

Flat Rate: $24.00NZD per order

We cover our own insurance i.e. if your purchase goes AWOL we, Nelson Merino, will replace it free of any charges.  NZ Post will trace back the progress of your order. We do not pay for international courier post as this can add on up to $100 to your cost.
